My Nelly EVO turbo is now out of stock for the following week. I'm waiting on more parts to arrive and need to get through the recent buildup of orders! Once the parts come back in (approx 1 week's time) then they will be available for sale once again.

The shop is now open! See the Buy Nelly link for more information. I've released my new Nelly EVO turbo and it's now available for sale. Also available is my Plasmatomic motor and also my Nelly Deluxe turbo. Get them whilst stocks last, they usually go pretty quick.
Shipping is a flate rate of $5 USD for all orders. Everything is currently in stock. When an item is not in stock it will be noted as such with a due date for new items made available.
Once an order is made please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive status emails during this time indicating when your item has shipped.

Just thought I'd share some more info about the Nelly Deluxe turbo. Yes, before you email me about it, I will be selling the Deluxe. I just need to be realistic about when. Once the current outstanding Nelly orders are done I will be releasing Nelly Deluxe on Ebay.
Here's some statistics on Nelly Deluxe.
For those of you who don't know Nelly Deluxe incorporates an onboard 5V regulator to enable you to run up to 12V through your favorite 1:28 chassis, be it XMODS, Mini-Z or iWaver without it affecting the receiver and steering circuits. This way you get all that power to your (poor) motor instead!
Unlike it's competitors, Nelly Deluxe uses special MOSFET driver technology to ensure the best performance. In fact, the more voltage you supply to your setup, the more efficient Nelly runs!

The shop is now closed! For all orders placed since 1/5/05 there's a delay as I get through the outstanding Nelly turbo orders. Rest assured that your order will ship soon! I have closed the shop for the main reason that I just don't have the time to commit at the current order rate I'm getting from those damn "Buy it now" buttons from Paypal, lol....

The shop is now open! v1.2 and v1.3 of Nelly are currently available. Expect Nelly deluxe in the store within the week. I'm currently creating extra documentation for the deluxe version since it involves extra steps to install. I will complete the installation doco in due time ready for its release.
Please note that there may be a delay of a week between you placing your order and the order being shipped. You will receive an email from me for confirmation of your payment and another email from me when your order has shipped. I ship using airmail which takes on average 7 - 10 days to get to your door.
Nelly is now available in different wire configurations, see the Stuff section of the website for more info before placing your order.

Finally got my parts! Over the next week I'm currently fulfilling my backorders for all those very patient customers of mine. Expect the shop to open within the next week.
Also, some updates from the development side. Unfortunately the "all n-chan" version of Nelly didn't work to my expectations. I won't go into detail here, you can see a full write up on the reasoning in my development thread at AUSMICRO.COM.

Due to the oncoming Christmas holidays and end of year celebrations I will not be selling any more Nelly Turbos for the rest of the year, 2004. In the new year I will start selling Nelly Turbos again from the 16th of January, 2005.
Everyone that has purchased a Nelly Turbo from me but has still not received a shipping mail yet can rest assured that they will get their Nelly turbo soon. I have partly closed shop for the reason of getting up to date with outstanding orders and following up on parts that have been on backorder from my suppliers.
Expect to see some changes to the Nelly Turbo product line in 2005! Including....
- Nelly Deluxe! (With inbuilt 5V regulator)
- Li-ion/Li-poly battery monitor onboard.
- All n-chan MOSFET design for competition killing torque!

Added a link back to the original Woah Nelly development thread at ausmicro.com. You should check it out when you can, lots of info on the subject of MOSFETS. From testing and also the theory involved and how it applies in a real world setup.

Woah Nelly v1.3 is out! I've finally finished all my testing and analysis and I gotta say I'm pretty happy with the setup of Nelly now. Nelly v1.3 is fundamentally different from the previous versions of the my Nelly turbos in that it now incorporates special MOSFET driver technology to enable Nelly to get the greatest performance possible out of the MOSFETS used in it's design.
